AISES does not solicit conference attendees and exhibitors by telephone or email to make hotel room reservations for them. To ensure the integrity of the reservations process attendees should coordinate their own hotel reservations with one of AISES’ official conference hotels, utilizing the provided registration links or phone numbers to receive the discounted group rates.
